Privacy on the waitlist
Plain answers about the details you give us when you join.
What we collect
- Your work email.
- The CRM and the sending tool you picked in the form.
- The page or link you came from, if your browser shares it.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. We can't turn it back into your IP; we only use it to stop the same person signing up hundreds of times.
Why we collect it
To email you when your spot opens, and to plan which tools Heraldo connects to first. We don't use it for anything else.
Where it's stored
On our own servers in the USA. No outside analytics or ad platform receives it.
How long we keep it
Until Heraldo launches, plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Deleting your data
Email the waitlist form from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete everything we hold about you.
What we never do
We don't sell or share your details. This page sets no tracking cookies.
